All Bank wires normally take 3 -5 business days depending on the intermediary bank.

Are my funds safe with you?

At 4XHUB International we regard the security of our client funds as a high priority, for this reason. We ensure all funds are held in segregated accounts with only recognized banks.

Can I withdraw if I have open positions?

Yes, internal checks will be carried out by the accounting department before processing each withdrawal request.

Is there a fee for deposits and withdrawals?

4XHUB International does not charge any fees for either deposits or withdrawals. Note: Any fees which are charged will by your respective banks or payment providers.

Why does my withdrawal take so long?

All Bank Transfers are usually processed within 1-2 business day, however, depending on your correspondent bank it could take up to 5 business days.

How can I open a trading account?

It is simple and quick. Click on OPEN LIVE, fill in the form, upload documents account will be verified within 48 hours.

How long does it take to open a trading account?

Under few minutes, as long as all the information provided is correct.

Do I need to send any documents to open an account?

Yes, you do. All account holders need to send proof of identity and proof of residence.

How can I start trading? Do I need to download any software to trade?

If you have already opened a trading account, received your login details, submitted your documents, made a deposit; the next step is to download your preferred trading platform.

What are swaps?

It is the cost of carrying over a trading position from the current day to the next one. An overnight interbank rate is usually used for calculating the cost.

Do you provide live forex tutorials?

4XHUB International does not provide live forex tutorials at present. In the near future yes.

Do you accept US clients?
